To install MultiCam 6.0 on SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 10:

- Switch on your computer and start Linux

- Copy multicam-6.0.run on your hard disk drive

- Log in as root

- In the file /etc/sysconfig/hardware/config replace the line with 
    LOAD_UNSUPPORTED_MODULES_AUTOMATICALLY=no
  by
    LOAD_UNSUPPORTED_MODULES_AUTOMATICALLY=yes

- Apply the new settings with the following command: 
     # /sbin/SuSEconfig

- Ensure that the multicam-6.0.run file has the executable attribute;
  if it has not, launch the following command : 
     # chmod +x multicam-6.0.run

- Execute the self-extractible archive : 
     # ./multicam-6.0.run

- Check the installation: connect a camera to the frame grabber and
  run MultiCam Studio : 
     # MultiCamStudio
